A sustainable energy and digital infrastructure initiative located in Costa Rica's Miravalles geothermal region, designed to support next-generation computing, thermal energy integration, and industrial innovation.
Project Overview
Miravalles Green Campus is a long-term infrastructure initiative being evaluated within the Miravalles geothermal region of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The project vision combines sustainable energy, advanced thermal systems, digital infrastructure, and future industrial development opportunities in one strategic location.
The campus is planned on approximately 60 hectares of land within the Miravalles region and is being designed to support phased growth while preserving environmental stewardship and long-term sustainability.

Initial technical, environmental, electrical, and land-use evaluation for a potential sustainable technology campus.
Conceptual planning for digital infrastructure, thermal systems, site access, power requirements, and future industrial energy use.
Long-term opportunities involving advanced thermal systems, research partnerships, and scalable clean-energy infrastructure.
Costa Rica is strengthening its position as a regional digital hub through significant investments in international telecommunications infrastructure.
The country's next-generation submarine fiber-optic connections, together with expanding national fiber networks, create an increasingly attractive environment for cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and advanced digital services.
Miravalles Green Campus is being evaluated within this broader vision by combining sustainable energy opportunities with reliable digital connectivity to support future industrial and AI infrastructure.
